Tues 1/22/08

-Snatch vo2max(15sec) 16KGx8 50sets

A rough 25 min but I was recovered and started the swings in about 3 min. Gonna take a week off and then try the 20KG and see what that is like.

-Swing 48KGx20 3sets

You should consider doing the SSST 10 minute test. The 16kg is truly the only and best way from a VO2Max standpoint, ask Rif. We spoke about this and the 20kg is too heavy to elicit the response.

Train the 10 minutes and aim to accomplish 200 with the 24kg and eventually 250+
