-Usual Warm Up Moves
I got some tips from Brett Jones on the rolling pattern and that made it much more difficult than it had been.
-Pistol 24KGx2/2
Felt much better w/ the 24 than last time.
Alt w/
-KB Floor Press 32KGx5/5, 40KGx3/3 - 4 sets
-CoC #1 x 3/3 - 2 sets, #2 choked to 1 1/4" - 5 attempts felt good w/ rigth and got most of them, may have gotten 1 on w/ the left
Trying to learn to set the gripper in my hand better, needs practice.
-Snatch 24KGx99 in 5 min
Should have gotten more but messed up how I did my reps.

I went 20/20, 15/15, 10/10, 5/5 and ended a second or two late. If I wouldnt have been a sis and did another set of 10/10 instead of 5/5 I would have finished much better. Next time.
i have done it a million ways...honestly, if i go over 15/15 reps i do worse than if i just maintain static sets of 10's...i can do tons better if i start off with 15/15...and then maintain 10/10 with as little rest as possible before i go 5/5...i hit my pr 134 doing it this way...my grip held up better which was my weak spot(i've always had an issue with the grip more than anything)
