what's up carl...i dont think jason is blogging...he and I kinda went different directions; but he is doing well as far as I know...strong as ever.
I like to use sled as much as poss...since it doesnt tear you down as much you can do it all the time...I have certain moves i like using for upper days then lower days...it can really be a great tool!!! Right now i am using sled work to rehab a back strain...it lets keep some strength/ cond and get back at real training faster.later alan
