Just to practice the snatch and get breathing a bit.
Finished up with some back bridges and toe touches. I didn't get to split the session up like I would have liked to but I got through it.

sweet work on the plate curls!! that is a freaking hard move!! i closed my coc #2 for two solid reps on my right and 1 on my left!! I was real excited...#2 kinda comes and goes when it wants---i havent really gotten to where i consistently close it evrytime...kinda like pressing the beast...hit or miss--not a complete conquer!! later,alan
