Short Morning Session - 1/22/09

Quick one before work.

-Lower to Upper Body Twist

-Agility Ladder Work 15min

-Double Swing 32/32KGx5 every 15 sec for 5 sets/3 rounds
First time in awhile for these...very tough at that pace...need to do this more often.

wow!! i havent done doubles in awhile either...it is hard for me when i have to spread my feet apart too far...i end up using too much back ..good work!!!!

Yeah, that's why I kept the sets short. I try to spread my feet just wide enough to fit the bells so if the form gets sloppy it hurts. ;-)

Ouch! Even a little bruise hurts on the knee.
