plate curls look strong!! 1 arm swings are solid!! great work!! 390x5...!! good stuff!!
I feel good with the plate curls. Thinking about getting a lever block cause the 25 and 35lbs plates have a huge gap between them.
not sure what that is...lever block, but i know what you mean with the 25 and 35 gap...
