Another Quick One - 7/26/09

Movement Prep - Brettzel(2 ways), Sh Sweeps, Seated T-Spine Wave

Arm Bar/TGU - 24KGx1/1 - 3 sets
Went through these continuously.

That's it for me. Had to help my sister-in-law out with a few things on her training.
