Got it done quick today. Have to head out of town for my sister's graduation from high school this weekend. Here's how it went.
-Snatch vo2max(15sec) 24KGx7 20sets
This got the heart rate up.
-Bottom Up TGU 16KG alt arms for 10min
Not sure how many I got but it wasn't a lot. This was ridiculously hard for only having 16KG in my hand.
-Sledge twist, toss, and flick(front and back) 2rounds
More bending on Monday

bu tgu....i gotta try it--- i am getting excited about 2 kb snatches again...but i gotta keep up the bu stuff so i can try and keep up...good stuff, later alan
I've wondered what the 15:15 snatch would be like with 2KB's. Just thinking out loud.
wow!! i am intrigued!!! one thought...most 2 kb work is considered more of a muscle/ strength concept (fast tens/ hybrid sets - RKC manual) so if you try this - i will - use weights that don't over tax the muscles...lighter wts.
great idea! as far as i know you can do 15:15 with any thing...running, swings, burpees etc as long as you keep in mind that you are training vo2 not strength so a challenge to your lungs...not your muscles - i guess..good luck let me know and i will do the same!!! later..
