-Lower/Upper Body Twist, Shoulder Sweeps, ASLR
-Swing 32KGx10 every 30 sec for 10 min
-Back Bridge, Single Leg Drop, Hip and Quad Stretch, Toe Touch

Yeah, it's coming up! We are in the middle of Lamaz(sp?) class right now. Kendra's doing great! Other than a little bit of back pain here and there she is truckin' along. Thanks for asking.
