First time I was able to get the hex in IM pads, I think it was a mental thing.

Good day, maybe a little practice tomorrow.

Thanks bro, the pressing feels good! I'm trying to stick to the wave cycle from PTTP for the squats, presses, and pull ups. I'm focusing on total body tension and making it feel like I am moving more weight than I actually am. The 40KG will be due up in a few weeks so we'll see how it goes.
