Thanks bro, the sessions have been going well. No doubt with the cleans, keepin' your chest up kills that upper back!
I think I have a KB class starting soon, might need to pick your brain.
cool...i am still learning and very new, but i can say it is much different than one on one or the type of workouts we are used to doing on our own; hard to grant quality instruction to everyone all the time and allow for that "learning curve", it is different with evryone and we have to remember the time it took us to have the "ah-ha" moments, that sometimes takes longer in class...anyhoo, let's talk!! later, alan
