-1KB Snatch 40KGx2 5sets
The snatches felt good. Think I'll try sets of 5 this weekend.
-Pyramid Squat 32KG/32KGx5 5sets
-2KB Swing 32KG/32KGx5 5sets
The squats with 2 KB's are much harder. Good stuff.
-Janda Crunch BWx5 5sets
-Good Morning 32KG/32KGx2 5sets
No windmills today. The heavier weights kicked my ass.
