32/40KGx5 2sets(switch weights on each set)
The 40 is a lot bigger that the 32! This was good to force tension, especially at the bottom.
-Push Press(fighting the negative) 40KGx2 3sets
Alt w/
-Pull Up 16KG+10LBSx1 3sets
The 40 still sits on my arm funny unless I clean it perfectly. I guess that means I need to clean it perfectly everytime.
-Snatch 24KGx5/5 for 10min
I tried to do a set every 30 sec. That would have given me 200 in 10 min. Didn't happen. I think I was around150. I'll keep working at it.
-Bridge to Side Bridge BWx3/3 2sets
