Tried to get a double on the 40 but it wasn't happening.

-Lev. Block Curls 10LBSx5/5 - 3 sets

-Bending
Had a little fun and used all 3 main styles.

-Ham Stretch, Cossack w/24KG, Deep Squat Stretch, Kneeling Lunge, Toe Touch
