hard rolling pattern? is leg drop done on a step allowing one leg to drop? i need to get back into some tgu's soon!! later
The hard roll is just like it sounds...hard. ;-) It's a primitive pattern that helps the timing of the core. Big part of the correction strategies for the FMS. If you're talking about the passive leg drop then yes, one leg is on the wall while one leg lowers and raises. The TGU are killin' me.
