Still practicing the 4 or 5 different moves I learned the first day. They are getting easier but still need work.

I added a little length to the run today. Nothing big maybe an extra 10 min but I noticed the difference.

where did you get your indian clubs...i have kinda read about em...what do they help? how much? where did you learn about em? where can you get em? how heavy? sorry so many questions...later, alan

There not very expensive and pretty cool to play with. I've known about them for awhile but they talked a little about them at CK-FMS so got a set.
