-Bent Press
24KGx3/3 1set
32KGx1/1 6sets
Felt good with the heavier weight. Probably could have done a little more. I got some video of my second set to check the form.

-2KB Snatch 24/24KGx10 2sets

-1KB Snatch
32KGx5/5 2sets
40KGx2/2 2sets
Nice to try a couple variations of the snatch that I don't usually do. Thanks for the advice Alan.

TGU 40KGx1/1
I need to work this more because I would like to be able to complete a rep on each side with a 48KG.

strong work!!! bent press looks smooth - nice rotation of your torso...those heavy snatches are a little different - good to see you moving those monsters !!! keeps us well rounded !! later

yup...i am thinking/ hoping that KJ's new protocals for vo2 will be using the heavier bells...hence his latest blogs...i remember something that mike mahler said in an article about how all he lifts is heavy bells...and his high rep strength endurance rises with his heavy stuff...hmmm something to think about while we work towards the 80 sets of 15:15 w/ a 24 kg!! later

dude...i just finished reading dr. chang's blog...he was pissed off!! that was the third blog from a teacher/ master rkc regarding how bad rkc's are getting about knowing the basics!! KJ, Brett Jones, and now Chang all said the same thing about how much work was spent on level I drills at the last rkc II cert course.. chang went on to explain how poor some rkc II candidates attitude's towards team leaders/ teachers were...man, when we go back we have to be solid!!! i mean tight on all 6 moves!! i will send more vid to let you critique me and i'll do the same for you...i am pumped!!! later, alan
