Quickie today.

-Snatch vo2max(15:15) 16KGx8 30sets

-Card tearing
Same as last weak. Quartered pre-torn cards. 20, 25, and 30 with each hand on top totalling 6 sets.

Yeah...I noticed that when I used the 24KG last weekend. Good tip!
